The Importance Of Having The Right Mindset

The life of your dreams is a lot more attainable than you currently realise. Believe it or not, we are all capable of reaching for the stars and making all of our biggest desires a reality in our lives.
Deep inside of us all is an enormous amount of power. We can either tap into this power and use it to improve our life or we can keep it buried and let things continue to be the way they are now. Some people may be comfortable in the life that they live now. However, it is important that they ask themselves what life would be like if they pushed themselves even further.
There are many different paths in life. Each one offers a different set of circumstances, a different amount of happiness as well as a different sense of fulfillment. Choosing which path to travel is not always the easiest thing to do. In fact, it can often be quite complicated.
There are many different steps we need to take in order to determine which path is the best for our desires. One of which would of course be determining exactly what our desires are in life. After all, we cannot choose which direction is meant for us if we do not know exactly where we are trying to end up.
Another important step is to figure out whether our mindset will help us follow our path or if it will try and stray us away from it.
Our thoughts and the way we see life have a large impact on the direction we will travel in life. When we are able to see things from a positive perspective, it becomes much easier to stay true to our venture, even when the going gets tough.
In all honesty, even if we are meant to do something, becoming who we are supposed to be is not going to be easy. We will be tested, challenged, and we will have to prove that we will not give up no matter what.
Many of the challenges that we encounter along our journey through life are placed on our path for a reason. They help us shape ourselves into the person we need to be in order to fulfill our destiny.
However, without the right mindset, making it through these challenges so that we can continue our mission can feel next to impossible. On the other hand, the right mindset can help you tap into the power you have within. There is not a single person, obstacle, or challenge that can stand in someone’s way who is able to tap into this inner-power.
Your mindset can be your biggest cheerleader or it can be what holds you back. It all depends on what type of mindset you have.
If you are ready to take your level of success, happiness, and abundance to the next level, begin developing a mindset that will guide you along your path and help you establish a connection with your inner-power.

Definite Of Purpose Leads To Success

There is one quality that one must possess to win, and that is definiteness of purpose, the knowledge of what one wants, and a burning desire to possess it.
– Napoleon Hill
Clarity of purpose is vital for the achievement of success and for making dreams come true.
Your dream or goal must be specific and clear, and should not be vague.
While it is fun to daydream about being rich and successful, you have to know and define clearly what you want to get or to achieve.
Clarity of purpose is important for every kind of success, for losing weight, getting a new car or travelling abroad. If you do not know exactly what you want, how can you get it?
When there is clarity of purpose you know what steps to take.
With clarity of purpose you focus on the goal, without wasting time or energy. Clarity of purpose is like focusing a strong source of light on your goal, so that you see it clearly.
Attaining Clarity of Purpose
Know what you want.
Investigate why you want to achieve your goal, and what you will gain by achieving it.
Be certain that you really want to achieve your goal.
Read and learn about your goal.
See pictures about your goal.
Visualise your goal clearly.
In your mind see all the details.
Be specific as to colour, size, quantity, shape, place, of what you want to accomplish.
Learn to focus your mind on your goal.
Remove all the clutter from your life
Display perseverance and self discipline in your life
Now that you have decided what you want to do, plan how you are going to go about achieving it. For example: how many hours a week do you need to work to achieve your goal? Have you set the date when you plan to achieve this goal?
These are the goals that will not only lead to consistent accomplishments, but also drive you and boost your desires, to keep encouraging you to reach your ultimate destination, the fulfillment of your Definite Major Purpose.

How To Relieve Stress

Do your stress levels seem to be spiraling out of control?

If so, check out these great stress relief techniques. They will likely help you feel much better.

We all have a favourite expression when it comes to being stressed out, and I would not bother naming all of them since it may also vary in different languages. But when it comes down to it, I think that it is how we work or even relax, for that matter that triggers stress.
Ever been stressed even when you are well relaxed and bored? I know I have.
It is important to find ways to decrease and prevent stressful incidents and decrease negative reactions to stress. Here are some of the things that can be done by just remembering it, since life is basically a routine to follow like brushing your teeth or eating breakfast. You can do a few of them in a longer span of time, but as they say– every minute counts.
Managing time.
Time management skills can allow you more time with your family and friends and can possibly increase your performance and productivity. This will help reduce your stress.
How To Improve Time Management
Manage your commitments by not over- or under committing. Do not commit to what is not important to you.
Deal with procrastination by using a day planner, breaking large projects into smaller ones, and setting short-term deadlines.
Examine your beliefs to reduce conflict between what you believe and what your life is like.
Build healthy coping strategies. It is important that you identify your coping strategies. One way to do this is by recording the stressful event, your reaction, and how you cope in a stress journal. With this information, you can work to change unhealthy coping strategies into healthy ones, those that help you focus on the positive and what you can change or control in your life.
One coping strategy that many people use for dealing with stress is meditation. Believe it or not, meditation is quite powerful and can likely provide you with the ability to relax and live a much less stressed life.
Lifestyle.
Some behaviors and  lifestyle choices affect your stress level. They may not cause stress directly, but they can interfere with the ways your body seeks relief from stress.
Try To:
Balance personal, work, and family needs and obligations.
Have a sense of purpose in life.
Get enough sleep, since your body recovers from the stresses of the day while you are sleeping.
Eat a balanced diet for a nutritional defense against stress.
Get moderate exercise throughout the week.

Do not smoke.
Social support.
Social support is a major factor in how we experience stress. Social support is the positive support you receive from family, friends, and the community. It is the knowledge that you are cared for, loved, esteemed, and valued. More and more research indicates a strong relationship between social support and better mental and physical health.
Changing thinking.
When an event triggers negative thoughts, you may experience fear, insecurity, anxiety, depression, rage, guilt, and a sense of worthlessness or powerlessness. These emotions trigger the body’s stress, just as an actual threat does. Become An Expert Through Deliberate Practise

"Let us not look back in anger, nor forward in fear, but around in awareness" - James Thurber
Have you ever progressed more slowly than you would like? You might feel that you are putting in more time and effort than the next person, but you cannot seem to get ahead.
Science suggests that the road to becoming an expert is found through deliberate practice.
Scientists believe that this is all that is required to become an expert in any field.
The way in which you practice can have a much bigger impact on your results than how much you practice. Natural talent is not considered important within this learning model.
Use Deliberate Practise To Master Any Skill
Deliberate practice must be deliberate. Deliberate practice starts with a plan and has a goal. You might choose to focus on driving to the basketball goal with your left hand or work on your minor chord changes on the guitar. Randomly shooting baskets or strumming the guitar while watching commercials is not deliberate.
Divide your goal into sub-skills. Consider what you want to achieve and then determine the skills necessary to reach that goal.
Track your practice. Avoid relying on your memory to track your practice. Use a notebook, spreadsheet, or other means to record your results. Then review your practice session and make your plan for your next session. Spend a few minutes on this.
The better your plan, the faster you will progress. Avoid the trap of working mindlessly. Have a plan and continue to strengthen that plan.
Find a way to measure your skill. If you are mastering an instrument, record yourself and listen. If you are practicing your three-point shot, determine your percentage of success.
Be smart. Deliberate practice, even in small doses, can be much more effective than endless mindless practice. Avoid believing that you must practice eight plus hours per day to see significant results.
Focus on practicing as intelligently as possible.
One thing in particular that you may want to consider practicing is meditation. Believe it or not, meditation has the power to change and improve our lives in many different ways. Click below to get your meditations as a free gift so that you can experience the life changing benefits they have to offer.
Turn off all distractions. Turn off your electronic devices during your deliberate practice.
Practice near the limit of your capability. You will get the best return on your time investment if your practice at the point you make regular errors. Correcting those errors is vital. You do not learn much while doing things that are easy for you.
If you are constantly making mistakes, pull back a little. If you are just learning to speak a new language, taking the equivalent of a PhD level course will not be useful.
Keep a regular schedule. Experts believe the maximum amount of deliberate practice that can be completed in a day is four to five hours. If you can do more than this, you are probably not practicing deliberately.
Limit your session to ninety minutes, or until your focus starts to wander.
Seek a mentor. Until you are an expert yourself, you cannot accurately determine all of your mistakes. You also will not know the best way to correct them. Find a great mentor and use them effectively. While you might not be able to have a mentor present for every moment of your practice, spend as much time with them as possible.
Give deliberate practice a chance for a month. Resolve to practice at least one hour each day for the next thirty days. Practice deliberately and stretch yourself. You will be amazed at the improvement you enjoy in one, short month.
